This article on meditation from my article “Should You Meditate If You Live in a Buddhist Country?” is one of my favorite ones for the reasons I wrote it. I don’t think I’m alone on this point. I’ve always found that meditation is good for a number of reasons. Not the least of which is that meditation practices help us clear our minds, unwind, and clear the cobwebs from our minds.
