The rain meditation script is not for everybody. If you struggle with fear, stress, or anxiety, I’m not going to sugarcoat it. It’s just one more day of rain. I’m going to be at your house and you’re going to be at mine. You’ll both be sitting in the same room, and your relationship and our communication will be as clear as a bell.
The rain meditation script is also not for everyone though, because if your anxiety takes over like it did in our last session, then you won’t be able to do it. Once you get over your fear, youll be able to do it, but it might not be for the rest of the day.
Rain is a natural anxiety trigger and a very powerful time-saver. I recommend trying it out for a few days and see if you can get a few minutes of peace by doing nothing but letting the rain fall on your head.
The script is a very simple one, and doesn’t require any special skill to use. You simply need to take a few moments to focus on the rain and allow it to soak into your skin. When you’re ready to continue, you can simply let the rain fall once again.
The script does require a little bit of practice though. One of the main reasons why I started meditating more was due to the fact that I found it difficult to meditate when the weather was cold. Even when the weather is warm, it is still difficult to get into the “flow” of meditation. However, as I’ve mentioned before, once you find the state you like, you can then easily return to any time you like without any interruptions.
I do not recommend this script to everyone because once you’ve practiced it, it becomes difficult to do the same thing with the weather still on your mind. However, even if you can’t meditate in the rain, this script will help to get you back on track.
It was cold this morning. A few times I felt a cold touch on my shoulder and then felt a warm wash on my face. It’s a nice feeling to have, to feel the warm wash of light on your face. The trick is to bring it back inside when you’re done. The thing is that you cannot get outside and feel it when it is raining and you’re in a rain meditation. The weather is too strong, so you have to bring the feeling back inside.
The thing about the rain meditation script is that it makes you think about the weather and the rain. It makes you think about the weather and the rain and what it means. It makes you feel the rain. Sometimes at first you feel nothing. You need to bring it back inside.
I feel like we’re going to go with the rain meditation script until we get more solid information from the devs. There’s no real reason for it other than to get the mood right. I guess in the short term it might help to just bring it back inside when youre done.
