sahaj samadhi is a spiritual practice that deals with the experience of being human and the resulting effects of all creation on this planet. It is the contemplation of the infinite possibilities of the world and the awareness and responsibility we have to create the world we want to live in. It is based on the Sanskrit word samadhi.
This is the first of a series of articles that will explore the concept of sahaj samadhi. The idea behind this article is to explore the concept of our innate humanness and the humanness of creation. That is, how we feel and experience being human.
The first time I heard of this idea, I thought it was a kind of Hindu mystical doctrine, but actually it’s a very practical way to meditate. It’s a very simple and practical process. The basic idea is to sit in a relaxed, loving pose, and allow yourself to be totally silent. I think it’s important to be completely silent because the mind has to be clear to be able to focus on any one thing.

Sounds a little scary and somewhat mystical, but in a strange way it’s actually quite easy. There are a lot of websites that talk about this concept, and its really helpful when you are overwhelmed. You don’t need a lot of time to do it, but it’s an important technique to start with.
I have found that the most effective times to meditate are before bed time, between meals, at the end of my day, and right after I’ve had a particularly stressful day.
Its important to note that there are many different ways to meditate. Some people just sit and close their eyes. Others sit in a comfortable chair and try to focus. Some people like to sit on a cushion and just let their mind do its thing. Some people feel better by having someone else do the talking.
I’m personally more into sitting on a cushion than a chair. The cushion is a good way to relax if you’re not really into being in an arm’s length distance from the person you’re meditating with. The chair is a great way to have others around you. It really helps if you’re in a group and you can be sure everyone is up to scratch.
Sitting upright can be good for your back, but in the case of meditation there is a lot of evidence to suggest that it can actually be detrimental to sitting. Not only is there an increase in back pain and neck pain, but the increased pressure on the sacrum and lumbar area can cause damage to the discs in the area. So, as a general guideline, sit on a cushion if you want to feel comfortable and relax.
For those of you who are still wondering about the benefits of sitting, we’ve all been there. As a general guideline, sit on a cushion if you want to feel comfortable sitting in a chair and relax.
