A common approach to meditation is to just go with the flow and not think about it. That’s why it’s so important to remember to take a break every now and then. In this episode, I share with you my favorite shaolin meditation routine. It’s so simple, yet it’s a great way to learn more about yourself, the habits of your thoughts, and the way you feel about yourself.

Although I didn’t know what shaolin meditation was when I watched this video, I’ve been meditating for years. I’ve also been a yoga teacher for more than a decade. As for the shaolin meditation part, I was able to clear out my brain for at least an hour and a half last night. There’s no way that I had time to do an hour-long practice for this article.
