This is a technique I use to practice meditation. It’s a process where I sit in a very quiet place and focus on the thoughts that pop in my mind. The focus is on the thoughts, not on the thoughts themselves. I have a hard time letting go of the mind’s eye, which is what I visualize when I meditate. When I meditate, I’m so used to my thoughts that I can’t see them anymore. I can only see my thoughts, how they are connected to me, and how I can change them to get the results I want. It’s a very powerful practice because you can’t really control your thoughts; you can only get them to stop. So, when you meditate, you’re not really meditating; you’re just meditating.
I guess the big thing that keeps us meditating is the sense of control and detachment. When you meditate you don’t actually have to think about your thoughts. You can just be when you practice you just need to be. This is because meditation is not about thinking. Thinking is something you do and it has some purpose, which is to keep you from being distracted so you can concentrate on something important.
Meditation is about being in the moment. You should feel peace, peace, peace. That will keep you and your mind in a meditative state. It’s like being at a concert or watching a movie. You don’t need to pay attention to how you feel. You just feel.
Just like most people, I meditate. I do it every day. But I never feel the same as when I was meditating. I feel so disconnected from everything around me. You feel it. You feel that peace. That peace is where you should be. That peace is what you should be feeling.
In the past, many times when I was meditating I would just drop down into my mind and just focus on my breathing and that it was working. That was the way I learned meditation. But when I meditated I would just drift. I mean I can do meditation, but it doesn’t feel like I’m meditating. It doesn’t feel like I’m focusing. It feels like all I am doing is just drifting. It feels like I’m not focusing. That’s the problem.
I mean I can do mindfulness meditation, but it doesnt feel like Im really meditating. It feels like Im just drifting. It feels like a trance. It feels like I have no control over my breathing.
The problem is that the way I learned meditation was to focus on my breath. I would try to maintain focus like a laser on a mirror. But while staring at my breath, I didn’t have any control over it. I could sit there and think about how I wanted to breathe, but I couldn’t control it.
So you want to use your breath as a tool to help you meditate? Thats great. But that seems to suggest that you need to control your breath so you can focus on your breath and not the feeling of your breath. You have to control the feeling of your breath, because your breath is the only thing that moves and controls you. You cannot simply control your breath, because without your breath you are nothing.
Yes, you can control the feeling of your breath. You can use it to focus on other thoughts. To concentrate on your breathing and your breathing, you have to control the feeling of your breath. And if you can’t control the feeling of your breath, then you can’t control your breath. There is nothing more terrifying than this.
