When I read the stories about sleep meditation I think I am reading to my 4 year old daughter. It is her favorite story. I love to read to her. I have found that she is much more interested in the story and then I will tell her what it was about. She is very intrigued by the subject matter.

One night she is out shopping in a mall and she can barely sleep. She gets so tired that she can’t leave the store and she is just sitting there like that. Finally, her parents come and take her to a sleep study to try to get her to sleep.

I read some of the other articles that Ive read, and I am convinced that sleeping in this is the best way to feel like youre awake.

One study found that a person slept for an hour and a half 30 times a day, and this is exactly what this girl’s been doing for the past few days. It works.
The research of sleep meditation is pretty scarce, but there are some studies that indicate that people who take the time to sleep, are more likely to wake up refreshed, physically and mentally. Sleep meditation, like the above study, is also a very good way to make your mind feel more alive.
That’s true, although the results for a person who has more self-awareness is much higher.
