I think Steve Jobs would have been the first to tell you that his daily morning meditation can be a powerful tool to keep you on track throughout the day and into the evening. But I think that meditation doesn’t have to be an isolated activity. It can be a daily habit, and that’s exactly what Steve Jobs did.
This is exactly why Steve Jobs, despite being the visionary of the modern Apple empire, never made enough money to live on. He was very much a “showcase” product for the company, so much so that he made no money at all. But what he did make back are the countless hours of time he spent meditating. Not just for the better understanding of what was going on in his mind, but also for the ability to let go of things that had become burdensome to him.
Steve Jobs was a meditation master. He worked out the rules of his practice, and then he just lived by them. Jobs’ habit of being extremely aware of where he was at all times allowed him to focus on what was happening in his field of mind. His meditation sessions were like a “stressed out” version of a “good” coffee break, and were a way for him to keep his mind clear, focused, and on task.
Steve Jobs said he kept his mind by the rules of his practice, but it’s hard to imagine a better way to do that. Although I can imagine that being a better way to keep your mind clear and focused than just meditating.
As a result, Steve Jobs’s meditation practice seems to have been very effective, and I think its the best way to go when you’re on autopilot. It’s a way to keep your mind on task, clear, and focused, which is great for getting stuff done.
By keeping your mind always on task, youre free to focus on the task at hand. Although it might seem that way, if youre meditating in a way that doesn’t keep your mind on task youll probably find it to be a distraction from your purpose.
Steve Jobs meditation is one of the best ways to manage your time. But in order for your mind to be on task, you have to do it. If you try to do it on autopilot it will drain you of time and energy. So you have to do it at least at a minimum of four hours a day. That is so much better than the meditating that just keeps you meditating.
You can do a lot more good with meditation than Steve Jobs, but the way he does it is pretty good. He meditates for a minimum of four hours a day, he talks about stuff he’s working on, and he is very detailed about what he’s doing. It shows.
Steve Jobs talks about his own work and talks about how it is useful to him. He talks about how he uses software to help him when he wants to be productive (he runs a restaurant) and talks about his own projects. He talks about his own work, and talks about how he wants to use it to help people (he runs a software company). Steve Jobs talks about his own work but does it in a detailed manner that shows he knows what he is talking about.
Steve Jobs is a master of the art of the meditation. He has a very clear message of how he wants to use his work to help others. I think this is the most important thing Steve Jobs talks about and it is very important for all of us to know.
