To be honest, I don’t know if I ever really knew what self-awareness was. I never really got a chance to really focus on it. Self-awareness is where we become aware of our thoughts, feelings, and all of our reactions to external stimuli. Self-awareness is where we know what it’s like to be in the moment and to not be thinking about what we are doing.
I think this is where the term “self-awareness” comes from. It comes from the fact that when we realize that we don’t have to think about what we’re doing, we realize that we’re not really aware of what we’re doing. We’re aware of the fact that we’re doing it, but we’re not really aware of it.
So we are aware of our thoughts and actions, were aware of our emotions, and are aware of many parts of our minds and emotions. However, self-awareness is only one aspect of self-awareness. We are also aware of our feelings, the way that we feel, how we feel, and how we feel in general.
So, if we are aware of our feelings, we are aware of our feelings in general, and if we are aware of our feelings in general, we are aware of our feelings.
I am very aware of the fact that I can tell that I can feel something without knowing how I feel it. For example, I am aware that I feel really excited that I’m going to meet my sister the next day, but I don’t know if I am really excited or just feeling really anxious. Or, I am aware that I have a really nice personality, but I feel more of a’me’ attitude than a’me’ personality.
So, to stretch meditation, we are aware of our feelings in general, but we don’t know how we feel, so we stretch our awareness and let ourselves feel it all.
The best way to stretch your awareness is to try to be aware of your feelings all the time. However, the best way to stretch your awareness is to try to be aware of your feelings just enough that you know that you are aware. As a matter of fact, to stretch your awareness so much that you can feel your feelings all the time, you should be aware of how much awareness you have.
A common misconception is that when you stretch your awareness you also stretch your brain. This is not true. While you stretch your awareness, you also stretch your brain. The more awareness you have, the more you can realize that your feelings are there, and the more you can be aware.
In reality, you can only stretch your awareness so much. You can stretch it just about as much as you want, but you can only stretch it so much. Because when you stretch your awareness so much, it gets stretched too far. Like the space between the two of your feet.
When you stretch your awareness so much that it gets stretched too far, it can become like a rubber band that stretches too far. Once it becomes too stretched, it doesn’t stretch any more. It just stretches. Your entire body is stretched to infinity, but your consciousness stretches to infinity. And it’s that stretching that causes you to feel the stretching. You can feel it in your head and your toes, but it’s also in your toes.
