I’m currently a student at the College of Business, and I’m taking the online virtual meditation class. I decided to join after reading about it a little bit on Facebook. I’ve found that it’s a great way to clear my mind of all that “busy-ness.” I’m also a big believer in the virtual class, so I’m excited to get started.
I found the class to be really helpful. I think the biggest thing that I learned from the class was that I can now control my breathing, so I can focus my mind and really relax. It also made me realize how little I know about meditation. I learned that I just need to focus on breathing for a few minutes every day and that I can actually notice how my breathing changes. I also gained a newfound respect for meditation in general.
Meditation is not a simple task, and it takes discipline and commitment. It takes a great deal of time to learn, practice, and become a good meditator. The key is to find something that you want to focus on, like breathing. If you’re able to do this consistently, you’re likely to get better and better at it.
The best I’ve found about meditation is to simply sit down and focus on your breath. There are many ways to do this, but I like the ones where you sit quietly in a cross-legged position facing your breath. You can also do this sitting on a chair, sitting on a cushion, or lying on your back. When you’re sitting in a comfortable position, you will get a sense of relaxed focus and focus on your breath.
I love this, because you can do this in any position that feels comfortable. It’s not just a one-time thing, but you can do it while you train for long periods each day. When I sit down for this meditation class, I do it from time to time. Like any other skill, you want to learn how to do it in order to master it, but with the first practice, focus on only the breath.
