The wideoaming is an artform that I’ve been doing for the past couple of years. I’ve been incorporating the process into my work and also as an experiment, and I’m starting to see some results. Most of my art is still in the making, but I think it will be a few more years before I’m finished.
I dont think wideoams are a bad thing, but I just think it could be better to make an art form out of it that can be done more easily.
There are many ways to put art into meditation. As a way of practice, I use one of my wideoames as a meditation practice. It allows me to think about the images that come to mind, the ones that I like, and I can practice letting go and letting the images come to me. It is a short form of mindfulness meditation, and it’s an easy way for me to practice letting go of my thoughts.
As a form of mindfulness meditation, wideoams can be very useful. That doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t be done. In fact, I think they are a good practice. You can do a wideoam as a meditation practice that is relaxing and not a lot else, but if you want to do a wideoam as a more active form of mindfulness meditation, then I think that’s fine.
You can do a wideoam as a relaxation. You can do it as a meditation practice and as a mindfulness practice. There are lots of different types out there, but generally wideoams have two main components: “letting go” and “having a thought.
I always thought wideoams were pretty cool because they were like art that was more physical than any other type of art (this is, I think, a pretty common misconception that wideoams are actually art). But personally, I think they have a lot to teach us about how to be more present and still in the moment.
I think the two main components you need are to let go of the in-the-moment thoughts and have a more conscious thought. A good meditation practice could be a good way to do both of these.
Most of the art is very nice, but the art is not really the point. The point is to help you to focus on the moment of the moment. And I think that’s what the art is all about.

The goal of most meditation is to quiet your mind. It’s a lot easier to do this when you don’t have anything going on. You can sit still and just be present to your thoughts and be focused. You can be present to your thoughts without feeling any guilt about doing so. That’s why it’s so important to meditate.
