Yoga and meditation are both fantastic exercises that can help anyone of any age become more mindful and present. I have enjoyed both and feel yoga and meditation can be a great foundation for a peaceful and relaxing lifestyle. One of the best parts about the centre is that it’s a non-profit organization so we can stay fully employed and pay our bills.
